AcroYoga at Rise and Vibe Festival 2025

Teaching AcroYoga at Rise and Vibe Festival 2025 was an uplifting and heart-opening experience. Surrounded by vibrant energy, music, and nature, the class drew an incredible group of open-hearted individuals ready to play, connect, and support one another. We began with grounding partner warm-ups to build trust, then moved into accessible L-basing flows that encouraged communication and laughter.

Many participants were brand new to AcroYoga, yet the sense of curiosity and community made the space feel safe and encouraging. Seeing strangers become teammates and share moments of empowerment and joy was deeply rewarding. The festival atmosphere added to the magic, sunlight filtering through tent, curated music in the background, and the buzz of creative expression all around us.

This experience reminded me of AcroYoga’s power to build connection beyond words and celebrate what’s possible when we lift each other, literally and figuratively. Big thanks to our team at Celestial Circus (Danimal, Milana, Jeremy, Kira, Nick) and Danimal Bridge for organizing this experience.

In addition to teaching classes, we had the incredible opportunity to perform on stage with various artists in front of an ecstatic crowd. It was an absolute thrill, and we’re excited to be part of more unique events like this in the near future!
